It was founded in 2018 by Hugo IV Beras-Goico, a cooking enthusiast, who was looking for a way for his close friends to experience his famous Pork Belly, without having to cook for hours.
The passion to create the perfect formula for something innovative that would change and make the lives of many easier would always accompany him. He devised the recipe and cooking process that is still used today to create the company's flagship product: fully cooked and seasoned chicharrón pork belly. BBB Foods, from which comes a wide catalog of products that are unique in the market.
